WHAT IS COVERED
KEY FOB REPAIR OR REPLACE
In the event your key/fob/remote that operates your vehicle is lost, stolen, or simply quits working, we will pay for a repair/replacement.
RENTAL CAR OR ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT
In the event your vehicle is kept overnight for a covered repair, you are eligible for rental car or alternative transportation reimbursement. Alternative transportation includes a taxi, car service, rideshare (such as Uber and Lyft), train or bus.
TRIP INTERRUPTION REIMBURSEMENT
In the event your vehicle is kept overnight for a covered repair and you are more than 100 miles from your primary residence, you will be reimbursed for lodging and meals.
EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION REIMBURSEMENT
If you are in need of a covered repair that requires more than 3 days, and you are more than 100 miles from your primary residence, you will be reimbursed for the cost to return home.
FOOD SPOILAGE REIMBURSEMENT
If you are in need of a covered repair that results in a loss of food/beverage, you will be reimbursed.
PET BENEFITS REIMBURSEMENT*
If you are in need of a covered repair, you will be reimbursed for pet removal, transport, handling and/or boarding expenses.
* This coverage only applies to domesticated animals and horses.
FURNITURE REPAIR REIMBURSEMENT
You will be reimbursed for a service call and/or covered repair for any furniture and/or related part that encounters a breakdown.
EMERGENCY MOBILE REPAIR SERVICE REIMBURSEMENT
You will be reimbursed toward a service call and/or labor cost for a mobile repair.
DEDUCTIBLE REIMBURSEMENT
In the event you incur an automotive deductible expense for your vehicle, you will be reimbursed.
HOME LOCK-OUT REIMBURSEMENT
In the event you are locked out of your home, you will be reimbursed.

If your family is in need of emergency assistance for their private passenger vehicle, this benefit extends your emergency roadside and towing service to them.
RV RECOVERY ASSISTANCE
If you are unable to operate your vehicle due to a medical emergency, a qualified driver will be dispatched to your location and will return your vehicle back to your primary residence.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
A technical hotline is available to you 24/7. Technicians can help guide you through common operational issues you might experience with your RV and assist with basic troubleshooting, such as problems with: retracting a slide room, raising or lowering the leveling jacks, power functions, various appliances, etc. Technicians will even help you locate a repair facility, if necessary.
CONCIERGE SERVICE
A live concierge agent is available to you 24/7 and will assist in helping you find: dealers and manufacturers, vehicle repair facilities, vehicle parts facilities and retail stores, service facilities, fuel locations, dump station locations, and other points of interest to RVers. In addition, the concierge agent can provide you with turn-by-turn directions and arrange rental car/ valet services, if needed. In the event your vehicle experiences a breakdown, alternative transportation will be dispatched to you immediately at your disablement site. If your vehicle is in need of service, a representative will schedule the first available appointment for you at the closest service facility and issue you directions and contact information for the service provider.
